Jackie has worked in the FM industry for the past eighteen years and has extensive knowledge in the field of workplace integration, cultural change, and move & space management. She has extensive project delivery experience having delivered some of the most prestigious projects in the UK. Jackie believes:

Graham Bird is a leading workplace consultant, professionally trained in time, work and method study. He has extensive experience having worked for several of the world’s leading financial and retail organisations. With a methodical and inventive approach to his work this allows him to self-start and to deliver an innovative solution. Graham believes:

ASSISTANT WORKPLACE CONSULTANT
With a wealth of experience in the workplace sector, John has worked as a communications and people specialist for many years.
John has a strong background in management within the charity sector and has also served some of London’s most exclusive residential properties.
John’s experience in the workplace sector has allowed him to travel extensively, working on various projects both as an individual and as the leader of a team.
Assistant Workplace Consultant
Chris works closely with our team of Workplace Consultants to manage the project deliverable’s and regularly checks the integrity of the data that is collected each day. Chris is trained in the interpretation of body language and human behaviour and is expert when collecting observational data. Chris is responsible for the training, mobilisation and onsite management of the Workplace Data collection team. Chris’s approachable demeanour makes him the natural focal point for the team. Chris’s diligence and customer service focus has been a large factor in our repeated success.
Brett Walker is our Space Planning and Computer Aided Design manager. As well as providing our CAD services, he sets up the software ready for our team to carry out the workplace surveys.
Brett has over 30 years of experience in FM, Office Furniture and AutoCAD in 2D and 3D.
He has a background of space planning, furniture design, construction projects and Photorealistic 3D image production.
PR & MARKETING MANAGER
As PR & Marketing Manager Spencer is responsible for the development of the Where Workplace Works brand, the delivery of external communications, and the maintenance of the organisation’s press announcements and media relations.
Spencer is a public relations and communications professional with over 15 years of experience, Spencer has a strong background in the delivery of both B2B and consumer campaigns. Spencer has most recently developed experience in the areas of facilities management and HR.
Jessica joined the Where Workplace Works team as our Workplace Researcher, to conduct research into current workplace issues and trends. Her work allows us to have the very best knowledge going into all our projects, with research being wide and varied; from the evolving role of technology in the office, to the benefits of bringing our dogs to work.
Jessica is a part time member of the team, as she is currently studying for her second degree in Teaching, having completed a degree in Economics in 2016.
